The IL Core team is working to create Israel's FHIR Core.

The FHIR® standard is comprised of basic building blocks called 'resources'. The various resources can be incorporated and merged into different matrices to define clinical, logistical, and administrative processes.

Standard resources can be tweaked to reflect an organizational or system needs – a 'profile' is a resource or compilation of resources adapted for such are their take regarding the outputs.
